Delay Aging

Everybody will be getting old and will die. This has been the rule of nature for thousands and thousands of years. Simply to say, it is eternal.
What we want to study is that why somebody dies at seventy and some ninety. This is the subject we are going to study.
It is because we cannot stop aging and cannot forbid our face to be wrinkled. But we can do something to delay our aging. Of course, we have to pay our price to get it. We need a determination and persistence.
First, we must have ample sleep. Sleep is the only thing to keep us to live healthily. A good night of sleep can make us to work in a high spirit tomorrow and live a happy day every day.
Next is the food. We have to eat healthy food, not necessary to be expensive, but need to be in nutrition. In many cases, cheap food can also produce high efficiency to our health.
Exercise is, of course, important to our blood circulation, by which we can then have a fresh feeling in our body, like a stream water always clean and fresh.
