The Importance Of Sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is very important in our life. If we sleep well in the night, we shall feel a fresh spirit in the day. If not, we shall fell drowsy and our work efficiency will be reduced.
Insufficient sleep will bring us illness, reducing the power of body resistance, appetite down, health deteriorated. Young men will less working efficiency, middle aged people going quick aging and old person will die earlier than they should live.
We need sleep, but a good sleep is not easy to get. There are many factors for sleeplessness. Different age has different reason to be out of sleep. Of course, sleeping pills can help us to fall into sleep, but it will hurt our organs in the body. Besides, sleeping pills are like drug, we need to eat more and more quantity in order to help us sleep.
If we need a good sleep, we have to live a proper and healthy life. Early to rise and early to bed, sufficient exercise, adequate eating in our every meal. Always keep ourself in a smooth blood circulation. Be careful not to have constipation, because constipation contains poison and poison is the main reason to cause us sleeplessness. To improve sleeplessness needs our patience and peacefulness while we are on bed.
