Over-exercise Make You Die Early

Many decades ago, almost all Americans thought that running is the best exercise in the world. They came to know that running could bring you good health and good health could bring you long life. There were so many books describing the benefit of running exercise which you could get in any bookstores. But is this running so good as everybody think? We should study carefully to prove it.
In the history, the most reknown runner was Dima. He had running for forty-nine years since at his age of twenty. He retired from running at sixty-nine years of age. But surprisingly and unfortunately, he died at age of seventy.
His early death has given people to think about the effect of running. Is it really good to health? Is it that running will surely bring us good health? We cannot answer.
On the other hand, in decades ago, one Greek doctor said that over exercise will lead you to early death. Now we do not know which side is correct.
But if we think calmly, we should think both sides are right. It depends upon our age. When we are young, we can do more exercise, but when old, we should be slow in action. Balanced adjust will lead us to a healthy and long life.
