How To Avoid Sickness

Everybody does not like to be sick, but if we want no sickness, we have to prepare a strong body beforehand. This is to make a good smooth blood circulation.
Streaming water is always clean, safe for drinking. Pond water is dirty, germs plenty. A good blood circulation is like a streaming water, guaranteeing our good health.
To prevent sickness is first to increase the power of body resistance. That is to have ample sleep, balanced food, adequate exercise, plus a regular digest function. All of these are the factors to build a good body resistance to sickness.
Therefore, we must not over drunken, overeating, not to live a crazy life nightly. Such bad habits will only lead us to sickness.
Only young people have no illness due to their strong energy in their body. Middle aged person below fifty are also of no problem. Once you reach sixty you must be careful. When you are at over seventy, unless you are very strong, you have to keep watch very carefully in your body or sickness may be your frequent friends.
