Soup Cannot Make Muscle

We all like to drink soup because it is very tasty. Besides, to drink is very easy, no strength required. But soup can only bring us nutrition to survive, it cannot make muscle to our body.
If you are an old person, soup may be acceptable. But if you are a middle-age man, you must eat the material together with the soup or you cannot have muscle which is the key part to produce strength and energy. Therefore, it is even better that a middle age man should eat food more, soup less. The reason is that food can remain in the stomach longer to have enough time for different parts of organ to absorb. Another point must be noticed that soup must be drunk before food, to pave the way in the stomach for food to digest more smoothly.
Fierce animals only eat meat food for their survive. They do not eat liquid. Therefore, they are so strong because what they have eaten turned to be muscle. We can learn from animals to enable us to have a strong muscle in our body.
Muscle is important. As long as we have muscle in our body, we shall not be sick. It is because the muscle build a strong body resistance to boycott any sickness which may fall upon us at any time.
