Sickness Come From Insufficient Sleep

Sleep is our fundamental source of our life. Without sleep, we cannot live. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the quality of sleep. That is that we must have enough sleep to keep our health in a smooth condition.
But many people, in order to earn more money, work day and night disregarding their sleeping hours. Some people work hard for the burden of their family which expense all depend on the man labour. Some work hard just for his career against other competitors. All of them have to work desperately for their goals. They will sacrifice their sleeping hours. Finally, they get sickness due to short of sleep.
Another kind of people spend their time of sleeping hours on enjoyment, such as drinking too much alcohol, gambling, fooling around in their night life. Their philosophy is to put their life on enjoyment by sacrificing sleeping hours. Of course, they get sickness sooner or later, and some may be serious, such as cancer, heart attack, high blood pressure.
Therefore, we must have a clear understanding that sleeping hours must be enough to support our work even to enjoyment. Unbalanced life is to destroy our health finally.
