Burden Exercise Is Good

Recently, there is in America one university who have invented that to carry heavy burden will cure the wheelchair patients. The method is that if the patient carries a ten pounds of bag in his shoulder and walk thirty minutes a day against wall. In a few weeks’ time, the patient can walk a small distance independently. It is because, by burden the feet of the patient has increased his muscle. Then, with muscle, he can slowly walk by himself.
It is not an invention from medical field, but from study of a university which attract the attention of the newspaper of the world.
We all know that muscle is very important to our body. With muscle, we shall not be sick. That is why young persons do not have sickness due to their strong muscle. Middle aged person need muscle by exercise. Old people do not have muscle due to aging. Therefore, it is essential that old persons must try to carry burdens to increase their muscle.
It is never too late for old people if he or she can carry burden of ten pounds in their shoulder for thirty minutes every day. The result will prove to bring back their muscle.
