Meditation Is Good To Our Life

When we were born to this world, in our whole life, we live in a style of lying, standing and sitting. All of these are so natural to everybody, not necessary to describe by words. But somebody study the way of sitting. In China Buddhist, we call Zazen. In Europe style they call Meditation. No matter what ever way we are to sit, it is not convenient to follow complicated style.
What we need is to sit relaxingly, comfortably. The meaning of sitting quietly is to make our body peaceful, paying attention to ourselves only. Do nothing blindly.
When we have time to watch television, we can transfer our time to be in meditation which is so good to our health, making our breath evenly, heart beating slowly. As long as we can breathe, it is a proof that we are alive.
Meditation make us to feel to cherish the very present moment. Yesterday was gone, everything becoming a history. Tomorrow unknown, we do not know what will happen tomorrow. We should try to live in this very moment, now, paying more attention to ourselves as well as to others if we can. Do not worry what will be tomorrow.
