The Story Of A Light House

Many years ago, in some place, there was an old man and his son. They liked to take a small boat and fished in the sea. One day, they met a storm which blew the boat into a deserted island. The boats were crushed to pieces. They were forced to live in this island by fishing and farming to keep their lives alive. Time gone fast, they lived in the island for few years already and no one to rescue them.
One day government sent a team to build a lighthouse in the island. By that chance, they could go home, but they liked to live in the island. After completion of the light house. Government employed the old man to be the keeper of the lighthouse. Time went on unknowingly, the old man died, and the young man took over his job.
The job in the island is bore and lonely, and pay was not high. But the young man liked the job very much, thinking he is doing something good for service to the thousands of ships passing by.
Form this short story, we know everybody has his own philosophy to live his life. This young man selected, his work to serve people. He is a great ordinary man.
