Terrible Disaster

In our whole life, we may meet some disaster. If disaster is small, we may have no serious consequence by our luck. But, with fatal disaster, our life may be lost and we can only regret in heaven.
At the last century, there was a big disaster in Europe. It was the disaster of a steamer “Titanic” which caused a worldwide news. “Titanic” carried one thousand five hundred passengers, in a virgin voyage, from London to New York. After sailing four hours from London, it hit an iceberg and sunk quite speedily after two hours forty-five minutes. Rescue ships could not reach the spot in time to save the passengers.
From this disaster, we feel that we cannot prevent disaster because we do not know when it will happen and where will happen. What we can do is only to leave it for God at His mercy. Therefore, we should cherish the very moment today, do whatever we should do, enjoy what we have the right to enjoy. Seize the moment now and not let the time to slip away while it comes to our hand. Time is like an arrow and once it is gone, it will never be back.
