Stretching

In one book saying: “If you can stretch one inch, you can live ten years more.” We do not know whether this is true or not. So far, no scientist can confirm this.
But one thing, we are sure that stretching is definitely, good to our health. It speeds upon blood circulation, washing away our poisonous ingredients in our body, thus reducing our illness to a great deal.
Young persons need not stretching. By nature, their whole body is soft and able to do any soft action they like.
To a man over forty, stretching is helpful. From that age, their body begin to be stiffer, and only by stretching, they can do soft action.
But once you start stretching, you must insist to do it every day, at least fifteen minutes a day. By so doing for several months, your body will feel soft and able to do many actions you like. You will feel more happier in your daily life, even you see the world more beautiful.
