Balanced Exercise

We human body need exercise to make our blood circulation running more smoothly, driving away unhealthy spot attached at organs of our body. Thus, many strange illnesses can be avoided.
But we have to control exercise according to our age, neglecting which will result us to illness of different kinds.
For example, young persons can play football, basketball, squash and so on, but for middle aged people, they can only play badminton, tennis, and anything of not so strong in action. As to old men, only tachi is the best or walk in slow speed.
Several decades ago, a person in America who is the runner to teach students to exercise, died in streets suddenly while he was running. It is because he did not aware his physical condition of that day, not fit for his strenuous running exercise.
Therefore, when we do exercise every day, we must check our body condition carefully. If we feel weak that day, we must reduce the amount of exercise, or even stop exercise. This is very important to be noticed or we shall suffer serious consequence to our health.
