Adequate Exercise

“Life depends on exercise” which have been the words in the past decades spoken by the people who pay much attention to keep their good health.
Of course, we know that exercise is definitely good to our health, but one thing we have to notice is the quantity and the length of exercise.
Last century, a teacher of long running in America suddenly died in the street while he is in running exercise. It was because he run exceeding his body limit, heart unable to bear. Death because his result.
But what exercise is the best? It depends on your age. Young men can play football, basketball, strong swimming confrontation and face-speed running. To then those exercise are acceptable to their heart beating.
Once you are in middle age, exercise must be middle. You can only do tennis, badminton, swimming relaxingly or any exercise which does not need your fast hearts beating. For old man only tai chi is the best for them to keep their blood running slowly.
