Humble Wins, Proud Fails

We know that if you are humble you will be a successful person, but if you are proud, you will surely fail. Such example can be obtained from past history in many ways.
The most distinguished example is from “The romance of three kingdom.” In this story there was a person called Liu Bei. He was a person of low class, but he had a very humble character and with kind attitude. With such good points, many people follow him as a leader. Slowly he organized those people to form an army. At that time, whole country was in disorder, no proper government to control the society. As long as you could have military force, either small or big, you could administer an area within your power.
Through many years of struggle in fighting finally, he controlled the province of Sichuan and he was supported by his subordinate to be a king of Sichuan.
But from that time on, he showed his proud character. In order to revenge for his brother killed by enemy, he led his army of seven hundred thousand young soldiers to fight the enemy against the advice of all generals. Finally, he lost the war to the enemy. His seven hundred thousand of young men were all killed in enemy zone, because of is proudness.
