Muscle Prevents Feet getting Weak

Nowadays many people have the knowledge that feet get old faster before your body. But, not to get your feet older, you must have muscle without which your feet will be weak. As long as your feet are full of muscle your aging will be much delayed.
It is of no problem to young generation, who has strong muscle in feet as by nature. But as to the middle-aged people, you need to be very careful to keep your feet strong.
Therefore, you have to take exercise as a constant practice, such as playing badminton, tennis, swimming and so on. But swimming is good for relaxation, not too much to build muscle.
When you are entering an old age, your muscle will disappear from your feet. You can do very little to improve the problem. What you can do is only to walk. Do not stay at home and sit on sofa to watch television. But you have to walk one hour or tow hours a day, by a persistence of which you may achieve your result to keep your muscle in your feet a longer period.
