How To Know Your Leg Aging

The King Of Kangxi in Qing dynasty once said that the leg is aging fast than whole body. But from what point that we can discover our leg aging.
The first thing is to see the lower part of our leg whether the muscle of the leg is deteriorated. We may find that few years ago, our legs are full of power and with very strong muscle. But, in recent years we have discovered that our legs are weak, and muscles shrink.
That is a clear sign of our legs in downward condition which will lead us to be in aging quickly.
But we can still do something to delay the aging of legs. That is, with a determination and persistence, to walk one hour or two hours every day regardless of the weather.
On the other hand, we eat enough meat together with vegetables. Muscles need meat to support. Only vegetable cannot build up your muscles.
As long as you have muscles, you will not easily fall and also you will have no sickness. Thus, you can delay your life to be old for anther ten years.
