The Most Difficult Thing: Diet

To reduce weight is not difficult if we have determination. When we control our eating portion for three or five days, we may reduce our weight up to five or seven pounds.
But the question is that after we have reduced our weight in the first stage, we will go back to our normal eating. Then, unconsciously, the weight comes back again.
To reduce weight is based only upon one word: “hungry”. But over hungry will bring you illness of “cold” or other minor sickness. Only normal eating will drive away small illness.
You can not do any exercise if you are under diet. But, diet without exercise will consume your fat and muscle together, making you a weak person.
To sleep is also one of ways to reduce weight. It is because that when you are on bed motionlessly, less eating is of no problem. But the question is that when you rise up from bed and eat normal, weight comes back again. Therefore, if you are really a very strong mind person, weight down may be possible, but not for everybody.
