Where Sickness Comes From

We get sickness mostly from our eating. If we can control our mouth carefully, our chance of getting illness is much lower. Therefore, we should all the time pay attention to our eating habit. That is not to have over-eating. It is because over-eating will hurt the function of our stomach which needs a suitable space to digest our food. If over-eaten, stomach will be full, functioning of digest will not be efficiently. Thus, many kinds of illness will appear in our body.
Why we can have a healthy body? It is because we have a good body resistance by which no sickness can enter the organ of our body. But, if we have poison on our stomach, our body resistance will be weak, giving chance of illness to attack into our body’s organs.
Therefore, we should not eat too much, and should avoid eating food of too cold, too hot, too fat and especially not to drink alcohol too heavily.
We, Chinese have an old saying; “Eat little less in dinner, you live to ninety-nine.” which clearly tells us that eating less is the best way to keep our health and to long life.
Nowadays, many people have cancers, heart attack, high blood pressure. It is because they do not pay much attention in eating habit.
