Delay Aging

When we reach at middle age, we have a fear that we get aging when days go by. Especially, for ladies when they reach at fifty years of age, they realize that their youth are gone, and wrinkles in their faces appear slowly which they hate but cannot reject. It is because the cycle of human and no one can escape.
Even nowadays the science of medical knowledge is so progressive, but still there is no medicine which can delay the aging.
Therefore, we have to find ways by ourselves individually. But, how to prevent? By sleeping more, by eating good food, by exercising more, all those are not guaranteed to give you a delaying aging.
But there is one thing that it will help you to delay you aging. That is that you must have a regular life every day, plus sleep, food, exercise, which will do something helpful to delay your aging.
Even you have all the above, you still need a very important thing to support which is happiness. Without happiness, you can never have a good result of delay aging. Happiness is so important to our life by which we shall have harvest of slow aging to show in our appearance as well as in our physical condition.
