Like What You Do Not Like

To say is easy and to do is difficult. We can conquer something by our will, but still in many things we cannot. Then we have to study how to like things which we do not like.
If we build a character of liking something which we do not like, it will help us to live a happy life.
First, we must understand that in our life, most things are against our wish and such things whether we like them or not we have to accept by the reality. Therefore, it is better that we take mastery to like them first and accept.
Not everything you can like what you do not like, but something you can try to like, and you will like it.
For example, you know that exercise is good to your health, but you do not like to do. In such case, you should try your utmost to like and if you persist, you will like it finally.
The most difficult part is to like a person whom we may not like for some reason. If it is so, we have to keep distance from the person to keep our heart peaceful.
Many people sometime have a disturbed mind and feel unhappy without any particular reason. Such persons surely have problem of bad health and so sickness in their body.
