We Say “No” To Sickness

It is not so practical that we do not have sickness since we are human eating corns in our life. But it can be done to certain extent if we keep our life in a careful way.
“No sickness” is to show our good health inside our body, not to include wounds of accident from outside. Cold, cough, etc. are the small illness which can frequently inflict on our body. If we are not careful, small illness can turn to a more serious sickness.
To be no sickness, we need strong body resistance which can boycott the entry of bacteria. For instance, a sudden extreme weather change can make us ill if we do not have good body resistance.
But how to build a strong body resistance. First, we need to have a proper life in our daily life, to go to bed at a fixed time and to get up at a regular hour, never living a crazy life like a rail less tram.
First, we must have a happy mood with positives mind to face any problem which may come to us in our day to day life.
Second is to have enough sleep, without ample sleep, we cannot build our strong body.
Third is to eat food balancely and at a fixed hour with good interval.
Fourth is to select an exercise which is suitable to your age and energy.
