Up Hill Exercise

Everybody wishes to have exercise, but most people cannot keep exercise long. They started to exercise, but very soon, they stopped for reasons of boring.
But, if you go up-hill exercise, you can keep long to do it. It is because that we human have a character of laziness, we like exercise, but we do not like it to do every day.
If you choose your exercise to be up-hill exercise, you will go up to peak consistently, and will not turn back half-way.
But the best way is to go up hill single-way, when you reach the destination, it is better to take a bus for going down. As a matter of exercise principle, going downhill will hurt your angles.
Therefore, you can select a hill-path near your home, and you can start alone to go hill every morning. Once you have such a habit, you will enjoy the morning hill exercise as so beautiful to start a day’s life.
When going uphill, it is better alone. If two persons together, you will talk on your way up which will hurt your lung by talk.
Besides, on your way to peak, you can enjoy many beautiful flowers and green trees beside, your path, with birds singing to you ear. You feel the beauty of nature every morning.
