Be Happy this Minute

Recent years scientists have discussed that happiness is the most important to promote health. Exercise is important too, but ranked after happiness.
Of course, everybody wants happiness. Who will wish trouble? But, how to get happiness. It is a problem, we need to learn.
We wish to be happy every minute, but on the contrary, we always face trouble which falls upon us against our wish.
To remedy this problem, we first must change ourselves into a positive mind which is the foundation of happiness in our life.
As Western proverb said: “There is life, there is hope.” Of course, everybody cares his life very seriously. But, in most cases, many people neglect to take care of their health.
They live an unproper life, drinking alcohol much, eating food without control, sleep not sufficient. Such and such bring the person bad health finally.
Should a person be without health, how could he have positive mind and any sick person cannot be happy without position mind.
Therefore, we should be very careful to keep a good health by living a regular life. Then we can have a positive mind by which happiness will fall upon us. Once happiness is in your hand, your mind also must be content with what you have. On the other hand, keep progress in everyday life. By doing so, you shall have happiness in every second.
