Scratch Head, Rub Eyes And Pull Ears

Sometimes we do little movement exercise which can be a great help to our body, such as head, eyes and ears.
In our body, we have many sensitive parts which once touched can do something good even to cure our unwell part. But, most of us do not know where is the sensitive part.
Therefore, we can only touch blindly to any part of our body to find a way to cure illness in our body.
For example, we can use fifteen minutes to do something good to our head. That is to touch our head with the finger of our hands.
First is to scratch our head by our hands for five minutes. We can scratch blindly in our head and if we do every day persistently, we can prevent our hair to fall from our head and it also can delay the time to turn our hair to become white.
Rub eyes is a good way to make eyes sharper in sight, and reduce the wrinkle in the skin of our eyes. We will feel that our eyes are not to be tired so easily.
Lastly if we pull ears in a way of up and down for five minutes every day, our hearing ability will surely improved to a great extent.
But we need to be persistent to get a good result finally.
