Your Waist

Waist problem is not only belonging to the slim ladies, but to all the people who wish to have a good health by paying attention to waist problem.
When you look your body shape at the bath room in front of mirror, you find your waist is getting bigger and bigger. It is not only about the shape of your body, but it is a warning that many kinds of illness will fall on you by the appearance of a fat waist.
As we know that if we can pull our tendon longer, we can live longer years, but if our waist is getting bigger, our life will be shorter.
Then what is the standard waist size to us. We just have a look of whole body from the mirror in our bath room. If we find our body shape is not balance to our whole body, we need to adjust our waist by eating less food to reduce our weight.
If our waist is getting bigger and bigger slowly, we will not only face our appearance in ugly looking but face a problem of getting serious illness gradually. Therefore, it is important to watch our waist development to keep a good proportion with our body shape. The simple way is to eat less to adjust our stomach smaller.
