Accept Unhappy Things

Everyone wishes to have a happy life, but in reality, most things we face are unhappy. What shall we do? Shall we be angry against those unhappy things? It is not a good way to do that. Even if we are angry, we still cannot turn unhappy things to be better. It is better to cool down our mind and accept the unhappy things peacefully, and then we shall find ways to solve the unhappy events.
In our life we will face more unhappy things than happy things. Therefore, we must have a positive action to face unhappy things as it is a happy thing. It may be difficult to do so, but we have to do it in order to have a mastery control over the situation.
Actually, the dividing line between the happy thing and unhappy thing depend upon our mind at that time. If we have good mood at that time, we think unhappy to be happy or if we are in a bad mood then we think happy to be unhappy.
Therefore, we should keep a cheerful heart all the time as a preparation to face unhappy events. But this needs a good health to support. To live a good life is as a “must” to keep our health well. Beware, our sleep, eating and exercise, upon all of which, we can then keep our heart cheerfully all the time in our daily living.
