Cannot Sleep, How?

Sometime when we awake in the midnight, we cannot fall to sleep again, and the more eager to sleep, the longer we cannot fall into dream.
What shall we do to deal with this sleeping problem? Do not ask doctor to solve it by eating sleeping pills. We can do cure by ourselves. The way is simple.
We just lie on bed with body unmoved. Even we feel itching in our face, do not raise hand to scratch. If we can persist such stillness for five or ten minutes, we shall, then, fall asleep again.
In the beginning we may feel a little difficult, but by practice again and again, we can keep our body unmoved even for hours.
Actually, when our body unmoved in bed for long hours, it is in sleep already. To those people sleepless is not to be existed.
Our brain cannot order us to fall into dream immediately, but brain can instruct us to stop moving and we can do it according to its instruction.
Of course, we need a little training. That is to practice every night. By doing this one week or so, you shall not have any problem in sleep.
In any situation, we shall never go to doctor who can only give you sleeping pills to make you sleep. Once you are addicted to pills, you will depend on sleeping pills and this is a very bad habit which slowly and slowly destroy your health.
