Discipline Life

In our life, we should live a discipline life, or we will be like a horse without rein, a boat without sail, wandering in a boundless sea.
When we get up in the morning, we must know clearly what we are going to do today. Then, we can have an aim in our life. If a person has nothing to do when he gets up, he will be a man of no hope or should say a man of sadly life.
For some retired persons, they feel more loss in their daily life. It is because when they were in work, they were so busy that time to them was never enough. But, once they retreated from work, they felt that they came to a new world of loneliness, feeling all the people around him were strangers.
But, for a discipline life, we should apply to the sphere of health. We cannot have a strong body if we live our life loosely. A healthy life is in our own hands. Nobody can help us if we don’t help ourselves.
A discipline life consists that we should go to bed and get up at a fixed hour, eating a balanced food meal, meat and vegetable combined to earn enough nutrition. Adequate exercise is necessary to keep our blood circulation in good order. Finally, we should keep our mood always in a peaceful condition, sudden emotion of sadness or happiness will hurt our health very much, especially to the old people.
