Eat Less, Good To Health

But we seldom realize the meaning of this phrase. We all will eat more in order to make our body strong. But, instead by eating more, our stomach will have heavy burden, creating more illness of different kind. If we eat less, stomach can have ample space to digest food and as a result we feel heathy.
Therefore, as long as we have sufficient nutrition to our body, it is not necessary to eat much. By eating less, we can take whole nutrition from our stomach to every organ of our body. But, if we eat more, all nutrition in the food will be wasted to wash out, doing nothing good to our body.
For young people, eating more is of no problem. Their digesting power is strong and their activity is sufficient. Any food in their stomach can be digested quickly.
But to the middle-aged person situation is different. They can easily have stomach trouble if they eat much. That is why Japanese stomach medicine is so popular in the market whose clients are almost of middle-aged group.
To old people, eating less is absolutely a necessity. Over-eating will surely bring them illness, and if they eat too much oily food in the dinner time, they may have a worst consequence of death. Therefore, it is a motto to old people that a long life is based on whether you have kept a rule of eating less at any meal, especially the night meal.
