Oxygen Exercise

We human need air to survive. Without air we will die. But oxygen and air are different, oxygen makes us healthy, air to live on.
The places where there is a lot of oxygen, trees are full of oxygen. When we go into the forest, we feel the air is entirely different from city. It is because the city is full of car pollution everywhere. It is harmful to run in the busy road as exercise which will only give us disease instead of goodness.
Swimming, hiking, running can bring us more oxygen, but we must do it under fresh air condition.
We need health which can only be done by our constant care to our body and besides, we also need a certain amount of medical knowledge to keep our body strong.
Although we can build our body strong with muscle, yet we cannot make our blood clean if we exercise under the dirty air which will make our lung filthy.
Even we sleep in the night, we must not close our room window. By opening the window in the night, fresh air can them come in to let our body feel more comfortable. We know that people who live in the mountains can live longer life. It is because air in the mountain is full of oxygen.
