Too Salty Hurts Your Health

Too salty in your food will definitely hurt your health to great extent, especially to kidneys. If you eat too salty food in dinner time, you will feel not well in your sleep, even you cannot fall to sleep immediately.
In our food, we must have salt, or our food shall have no taste, or soup not delicious. But, we must control the quantity of salt to put into the food or if too much, the food will be spoiled. It is something to our different liking.
For same material, a good cook can cook out a delicious food and a bad one cannot. It is because a good cook can control a proper time to cook.
Even at our own home a house wife may put more salt on the food sometime, making the food difficult to eat. But, as not to waste food, family member will eat the food even it is salty. It is no problem to young people, but to old persons, it is harmful to certain extent.
The way to remedy the salty food, we shall drink more water to balance the taste in our stomach.
Somebody likes to eat salty fish very much, almost every meal. As a result, they die of cancer even at their prime age.
In recent years, Japan is very popular to drink tow cups of warm water every morning. It has proved to keep a good health for everybody.
