How To Prevent Sickness

Our body is made by flesh, eating rice and vegetables. How can we have no sickness? But if we are careful in our daily life, sickness will not be so easy to fall upon us, even we can have no sickness.
The most easiest way to cause us sickness is that we live a careless life. Nowadays people like to travel, to see the world under our eyes. It is good to increase our knowledge about the world. But, on the contrary, travel hurt our health very much. Unless you are young, travel is no harm to you. But, if you are in middle age or at old age, your chance of getting sickness is very high. It is because that in travel you have to eat different kind of food in different country and mostly those foods contend a certain percentage of poison. In order to make food tasty, restaurants have to put different chemical ingredient on the food which is definitely hurt your health to a great extent
In travel, you may not feel unwell, but when you come home you will feel sick. For middle aged people, it may not be serious, but for old person, it may cause serious consequence even to death.
Therefore, old people should avoid to travel, better to stay at home and watch documentary from television.
