How To Eat

When a baby is born, it will start to eat, without teaching from mother. But, for adult if we know how to eat, we can enjoy good health and away from illness of any kind.
Many sickness fall upon us without any warning beforehand, it is because we do not know how to eat properly. Eating knowledge is not easy to learn, but once we know knowledge, it will bring us big benefit all our life to be away from illness.
Many examples can be listed. Hot food should not be eaten together with cold food. When we enjoy hotpot, we should not drink cold liquid together with hot food. If we ignore this practice, we will surly one day have stomach trouble.
For a healthy eating, on a dinner, we should eat soup first, then food and bread after. Do not eat fruit or drink tea or coffee immediately after food. Better wait ten minutes or so to drink.
Do not eat too fast in our eating time. Slow eating will allow food to be digested in stomach. Too fast eating will block our stomach and food cannot be digested so easily.
Do not overeaten, especially on dinner time. Old people need to pay particular attention in dinner overeating of which will cause them to death in sleep.
