Is Time Mysterious

Time is not mysterious! It is only the repetition day and night. Day gone, night coming, for millions of years, this has been the cycle of nature and we live in this nature.
But, day and night are forever, repeating and repeating. As long as the air is existing, day and night will remain.
Therefore, we, human, have to use time fully to make our living better, to get best benefit from day and night. If we do not seize the time which will be gone forever and we shall achieve nothing when we get old.
Besides, in our life we may suffer disasters of any kind, such as war and sickness. War is not in our control, but we can control sickness by our own effort.
If we are aware of our daily eating and watch the weather changing, we are not likely to catch sickness of any kind. Of course, we have to build our body resistance through good sleep and nutrition food, plus adequate exercise.
If you are old, you have to face the reality of old age which is not happy anyway. But, since it is the cycle of human life, we have to accept it willingly against our unwillingness.
