Happiness Is The Basic Of Health

In recent years, scientists found out that happiness is the basic of health. Then, followed by sleep, food, exercise, we can have a body of strength against many illness which may attack at any time. Should we be always at an unhappy mood, it is impossible to have good health.
Everybody wishes to have happiness. But where the happiness comes from? It is from our heart of content which is really the source of happiness. If not, we shall be unhappy all the time by the mood of greedy.
On the other hand, we always think that to be happy, it needs two persons or more persons together. One person alone cannot enjoy happiness by any means.
It is wrong. We must train ourselves to enjoy happiness alone. It is indeed that true happiness comes from individual alone.
We, Chinese, always apply a way to sit down quietly without thinking anything in our mind which is similar to western meditation. Such practice is good to make our minds peaceful, enabling us to deal with things more logically and reasonably.
If you want to have no illness of any kind, and for old people to live a longer life, you have to take meditation. In the beginning, it may be difficult but through a period of time, you will enjoy greatly from benefit of meditation on which you will find out how to deal with things more efficiently.
