Delay Aging

In recent ten years, scientists in the medical field come to conclude that human can live up to one hundred twenty years old. But, judging by the reality, we find that not so many people who can live to one hundred years old.
In America, there has been one book called “The end of aging” written by Caral Arrock, who said that to delay the aging is very possible if you apply a correct way to follow.
In his book, he referred to many examples which have been studied and tested by scientists to prove that some ways can delay the aging.
The first: You must always keep your heart and your expressions cheerful and peaceful, with smiling all the time. Never be angry in any matter whether small or big, keeping your heart beating as slow as possible, like a turtle which is always at state of stillness.
The second: You have to sleep as much as possible and this is easy for you to do so.
The third: Do exercise mildly. Never do any exercise in fast speed which will hurt your heart and shorten your life.
The fourth: This is the most important key point to delay your aging. You must eat less and never over eaten.
The scientist has proved that rats which eat more can only live two years and rats which eat less can live four years.
