Tinned Tuna Fish

At Tokyo in Japan, there is one biggest fish market of the world. Its name is Tsukiji fish market. Early in the morning, many kinds of sea fish will be auctioned in this market. Prices vary very much according to the demand and supply. Fishes will be mostly supplied to the Japanese market, but part will be air lifted to other parts of the world at an earliest moment to keep the fish fresh to the destination.
Tuna of over two hundred lbs. will be auctioned at US$ ten thousand to US$ thirty thousand based on the demand from market. The meat of the fish will be used as Sashimi which can be sold at high price.
But, tinned tuna is nothing to do with Japanese market. It is controlled by France who have been experienced to start making tinned tuna many years ago.
The biggest maker of tin tuna is located in one island in the Pacific Ocean. This factory produces one hundred fifty million to one hundred eighty million tins a day, exporting to all parts of the world. Every morning before dawn, hundreds of fish boats with load of tuna queue in the pier of the island waiting to deliver their fish to the factory.
Only the prime parts of the fish will be used as tin food. The heads, tails and insides of the fish will be boiled and cutted to pieces for selling to those who are to feed domestic animals. The tinned tuna is good in every way, but only with the contents of mercury which is not good to health if you eat much.
