Different Age, Different Exercise

“Life depends upon exercise.” which was the popular words in the Chinese society decades ago. This was, of course, not true entirely because many people can live on without exercise.
Exercise is indeed part of our life, but what we are going to study today is to know that in what age we shall do what kinds of exercise which is the best to our health. If we do not exercise properly according to our age, we will suffer much to our body.
Many strong exercises, such as football, basketball, horse ball and so on, can only be played by young people between age of twenty to forty. Those exercise will make your heart beat very fast and fast heart beat will endanger your life to certain extent.
People of middle age between forty to sixty can only confined to play golf, badminton, swimming or Chinese Kung Fu which do not make your heart to beat very fast.
Sixty to eighty of age is the age between the end of middle age and the start of old. It is entirely depending on each person’s health condition. Some may be still strong and some weak. Their exercise will vary greatly, but most of them will do tai chi, stretching, kung fu, dancing and so on.
For people of over eighty, it is entirely depending upon the mercy of God. No one can control his or her life over eighty.
