Air In The Sleeping Room

When we sleep in the night, we should pay more attention to our room air. If our room is full of dirty air, it is surely that we cannot breathe enough oxygen to the good of our health. Due to lack of fresh air, more minor illness and cold will often visit us to make us uncomfortable in health.
If we can have a room of two windows, liquidation of air will be better to bring in oxygen to help us to live in good health.
Nowadays every new building uses artificial air in order to let all windows closed. It is all right for us to breathe artificial air, but in a long run, it is no good to our health in every respect. Since the city forest is full of dirty dust, we are forced to breathe artificial air instead.
An example shows that fish can survive in the pool at our home by artificial oxygen, but the length of their life is surely much shorter than those which breathe fresh oxygen in the sea.
Of course, we cannot depend our life on the air. We also have to have ample sleep, and balanced food, with adequate exercise. More important is that we must have very peaceful mind which helps us to live longer in certain extent.
