Busy Person Has More Time

Why we say a busy person has more time. It is because he is busy, he must throw away many unimportant things. But, on the other hand, there are not so many important things every day and thus sometimes he feels that he has more time in hand.
But some people work blindly day and night to do things which come to his hand, regardless it urgent or minor matters. He just does those things non-stop and never be able to finish them.
Therefore, if you are a man of top position, you must delegate the work to other people, otherwise you shall work twenty-four hours and still never finish your work.
But if you know how to delegate and know how to clarify which is important and which not. Then, you can have an easy time in handling your work.
The principle of managing time is to throw away small affairs or less important things, to concentrate your time on key work only. If you can do so, you can handle any amount of work smoothly under a heavy work load.
Another way is to make your life simple. Only by simplicity, you shall then have more time to do your work. Be simple in everything and as a result you will have time to use in your private life.
