Stretching Cure Sleeplessness

In one book, it says that if you stretch one inch of tendon, you can have your life ten years longer. It may be true in some respect. It is because stretching makes your blood circulating fast, reducing much chance of getting illness.
“Yoga” now is very popular in the world. It is actually an exercise of stretching in organized way. But, to learn it is very troublesome. We have to go to “yoga” school to have lessons, costing money and time on going to school.
However, we can do it at home. It is a stretching on yoga style, but we do not have to learn it from school.
It is so simple that we just put our one leg on table and throw our two hands up and down for one hundred times. We can change right and left leg alternatively.
If we do thirty minutes every day before we go to bed, we can surely sleep soundly. Illness of sleeplessness will be disappeared very quickly.
Besides, this exercise can be done at home and we can do it persistently without any disturbance form weather. This exercise is especially good for near old aged persons who, as a result, will get a healthy and longer life.
