Walk Cures Rheumatism

Nowadays many people of old age or near old age suffer a sickness of rheumatism, especially the ankle rheumatism more popular. All of them go to doctor and take medicine to be cured. Doctor can only cure the patient temporality, not completely.
But, to cure ankle rheumatism is very simple. You do not have to spend even a single dollar. That is, you just walk. If you walk every day by one hour, rheumatism will be gone in a period of one month. In the beginning your ankle may be painful, not able to walk. Then, you can try to walk slowly by the help of a wall and you will be able to walk independently after a week.
When you have rheumatism, do not eat medicine which will cause you side effects to other parts of your body. Walk is the only better way to cure yourself.
Unless we have serious pains in our body, but, for small pain, we just walk and rest. Then through a short period, we shall feel better to be a fresh person.
The theory is that walk makes our blood circulated fast and with a fast blood circulation, all sickness will be disappeared silently.
