Regular Life

If you wish to have a good habit, you must live a regular life. Only a regular life can build a habit which, to some extents will bring you happiness in your daily life.
Except few people, for reasons of their job, they cannot keep a regular life. But, for most of us, we can have a regular life if we want to.
Young men do not like a regular life. They will sleep early tonight and tomorrow they go bed late. It is all right to them because they have enough energy to live an irregular life.
But for middle aged men, they need to live a regular life, or they will face more illness of different kind. They need to see doctors and take medicine often. They do not like to be sick, but sick will still fall upon them.
Regular life is very important to all of us. With regular life, we can enjoy a good health and with a positive attitude to live our daily life. And more important, regular life will lay foundation of good health in our old age.
To live a good life, we need to sleep at a fixed hour and as for eating concerned, we need to eat very carefully.
Life belong to us individually. No one can share our pain if we are sick.
