Stretching

Except young men, middle aged and old aged persons need stretching to promote their health. If you do stretch every day, your chance to get accident is less, especially on falling down. To old persons, falling down is the most serious thing to them. It may causes them to have strike and even to the worst, they may die. Therefore, stretching to the old people is the protection of their life.
Young persons, except they are sports people, do not need stretching because their whole body is flexible. By stretching, middle aged persons can avoid many kinds of sickness from happening. To old people, they can escape from bending their spine when walking and beside they can have less chance to fall.
Stretching is a kind of yoga, but to learn yoga is troublesome. You can do stretching at home and you can do any style you like. Also, you can buy a stretching book from book store to guide you how to stretch properly.
But, one thing is so important that once you have started, you must do it every day, persistently and forever. In one book it says that if you can stretch one inch longer, you can live ten years more. Start to do it from today.
