How to Reduce Weight

Nowadays many people are in a mood of reducing body weight. Everybody does not like to be fat which is not only in an ugly looking, but also to cause you illness of any kind. But, we do not know how to reduce weight.
We have tried many times to reduce weight which is in the beginning successful, but afterwards slowly weight comes back again. It is because weight drops too fast and increases, fast too.
Therefore, if we have determined to reduce weight, we must take a way of slow motion. That is to reduce slowly, but persistently. The way is simple. We just eat a little less in each meal and then the weight will be down slowly and slowly.
To do this, we need to buy a scale and weigh our body every day. We can plan to reduce two pounds a month, but, most important, we must do it persistently and forever.
Should we find our weight increase today, we must reduce our eating tomorrow, even we have to suffer hunger if necessary.
When we have reduced two pounds a month up to the weight we desire, then we can stop it. We shall forever keep our habit of eating less and by this way we will have a good health all our life.
