Eat Less

If you have stomach trouble, doctor will ask you to eat less with more frequency. The aim is to let your stomach have more time to rest, able to digest more easily.
As far as our normal person concerned, it is also good to eat less with more frequency. By eating less, we can keep our waist to be slim. If we eat more at one time, our stomach will be swollen and naturally our waist bigger.
Young persons do not have to eat less because their stomach is very flexible and also their digest function is strong. Whatever quantity of food they eat, they do not feel difficulty to digest.
Middle age people should be careful in eating. It is good to them if they can apply the system of eating less with more frequency. Sickness can fall upon them if they eat too much at one time. That is why many kinds of strange illness are with middle aged people. It is because they eat too much and drink too much, causing them to be ill afterwards.
Old people are necessity to eat less in each meal. Their stomach is so weak that a little more eating will cause them to feel uncomfortable. Therefore, less eating is a guarantee to their health.
