Study Of Long Life

In the book stores, books about long life are not many. In the medical circles, they only study to improve the effect of medicines, seldom to ascertain the length of long life.
Only sometimes reporters went to certain areas where many people live their long life. But, those people, who live long life, usually live in mountains or seashore where fresh air is abundant. Nature condition favours the people in those area to live a longer life.
What we want to study is how to live a longer life for the people in the cities where the air is full of pollution.
We can still live a longer life, if we are careful to live in the cities. First, we must keep ourselves not to be sick, to increase our body resistance. If we do not have sickness in our daily life, it is natural that we can live longer.
Of course, it is only the old people who will be interested to study longer life. Actually it is not very difficult. First, we must keep our emotion careful, always at a peaceful mood, not to be excited by the small things which may come to our hand at any time unexpected. Second, we must eat less to let our stomach to have more time to rest. Mild exercise is good to old people without stimulating his heart to be running too fast.
