Siddhartha Gautama (2)

The words of Gautama is very popular, to help us in our daily life. The following are his words:
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor worry about future, or anticipate unhappened troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
To be idle is a short road to death and diligent is a way of life; foolish people are lazy and wise people are diligent.
Good men and bad men are different radically. Bad men never appreciate kindness shown them, but wise men appreciate and are grateful.
Be a lamp to yourself.
The above words are simple and clear and are very useful to our daily life. If we want to live a happy life, we must cherish the very moment, not yesterday, not tomorrow. Yesterday has been gone forever and tomorrow is unknown to us. Today is the real moment which we must seize and enjoy.
Idle is not so serious to face death, but if society is full of idle people, we will go back to stone age. The modern city in which we live has been built by diligent people.
