Sickness

We, Chinsese, always say: “Heroes fear the trouble of sickness.” No matter how great you are, when sickness falls upon you, you are helpless and nothing you can do.
Therefore, what we aim at our daily life is not to get illness. But, we are human, eating rice and vegetable, and we cannot escape from illness. This is what we worry about.
But, we can find out someway to prevent illness. Except accident, we can stop cold and cough from happening. The following points are effective to be helpful to us:
First, we must have enough sleep, without which our body will surely go to weakness slowly. Lions, except they are on hunting, sleep twenty hours a day.
Eating is important to everybody, without eating we cannot live. It does not mean that we have to eat expensive food. The key point is to eat balanced food with meat and vegetables combined.
Exercise is vital too. For young people strong exercise, such as football and basketball, is of no problem. Middle aged men can only take mild sports such as badminton, tennis, etc. To speak short, as long as we take care of ourselves in various points, we shall not have illness so easily.
