Sleeplessness: How To do

Except young people, they do not fear sleeplessness. But, for middle age or old people they are easy to face sleeplessness in the night.
Especially of middle age persons, they have to work hard during the day. If they cannot sleep well in the night, they are unable to work properly the next day. Besides, if sleeplessness continues a long time, the person’s health will surely be deteriorated.
To cure it, doctor can only recommend patient to eat sleeping pills which is the only medicine to cure the persons who cannot sleep in the night.
But, sleeping pills can only cure temporarily and if you want to get rid of sleeplessness once for all, you have to do something by yourself.
You need determination. What you can do is to take soft exercise every day at home before you go to bed. You shall do this exercise of your own until you get tired. Then you go to bed.
On the other hand, you must not eat too much before going to bed. Adequate eating is very important to cure your illness of non-sleeping. You must keep your stomach a little empty to digest your food more smoothly in the night. If you can insist to do so, your non-sleeping habit will disappear.
